The Total Cost for all Services is paid in full due upon completion of shoot (prior to Edits and Delivery of Final Photos). Unless agreed upon by The Geeky Photographer for an exception. Payments will be made via the website in advance, through invoice, or through electronic transfer services such as Venmo/CashApp/Zelle to avoid the service fees on the website.

In order to reserve a booking with The Geeky Photographer, all services require a Retainer Fee that is roughly 1/3 the price of a service. The Retainer Fee will be used to retain a date, and then used towards the final payment once the shoot is complete. In the event of a reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be a one-time courtesy rebooking per agreement with The Geeky Photographer. In the event of a cancellation due to any reason besides the choice of The Geeky Photographer, the retainer fee will not be refunded.

If Clients choose to shoot at a location that charges for access and/or permit for photography, Clients will be responsible for all fees for shooting there, including, but not limited to entrance fees/parking. Clients will also be responsible for organizing access to the location and permits.

For any service at an event or wedding where food is supplied, TGP INC requires at least one hot meal provided for all photographers present.

All digital photo/video edits shall remain the exclusive copyrighted property of TGP Inc. to be used both publicly and privately. This copyright includes but is not limited to online use. Sensitive Boudoir content may be withheld from public use if requested.

Under no circumstances will RAW photos be delivered to clients. Delivery of photos will be in .jpeg or similar web format via an online password-protected gallery.

Clients acknowledge that TGP Inc. requires and retains discretion concerning the services provided (I.E. posing, lighting, camera choices, lens, ect). TGP Inc. reserves the right to artistic choices that fall within the boundaries of agreed upon services and terms.

TGP Inc. will not tolerate any from of harassment from Clients, those associated with Clients, persons representing Clients guests, vendors, and/or any other persons present before, during, or after events. If TGP Inc. and/or any hired contractors feel uncomfortable or threatened due to verbal, physical, or sexual harassment of any kind, TGP Inc. will discuss the situation with the Clients, and if the situation is not resolved, TGP Inc. reserves the right to withdraw service and will not be held liable for reimbursement of any monies paid.

In the event that any breach of this agreement occurs by the clients TGP Inc. shall be entitled to terminate the agreement and retain the retainer in addition to any other monies paid by the client hereunder.
